How Much Credit Do You Get for Your Contributors?

So the people that are involved with the lab, the dirty workers, are they how much credit do they get for all the credit? As a PI, it's my responsibility to make sure that they're trained and they can do things by themselves. The students have to write their own papers at the end, right? So from, completely from second paper onwards, there's no way I'm going to spoon-free them. But on the paper itself, like your contributors and whatnot, your contributors would be listed.
