Google to Prohibit Personal Loan Apps From Accessing User Photos and Contacts
New restrictions prohibit apps from accessing external storage, photos of videos, contacts, precise location and call logs. Change will come into effect May 31st. Company also made it mandatory for non-banking financial companies in Pakistan to have only a single digital lending app on the Play Store instead of multiples. Google is working on find my device feature even when phone is turned off.
