Ben blacker: I think the practical advice to be taken from all of these conversations is to take a big swing and write the thing that you want to see on television. He says like in film these risks are being taken and being rewarded in large part for Jordan Peele's work. "I hope in the next five years where whether it's IP driven or not if someone is taking a big swing on something it's going to get the eyes"
