The Importance of Having a Backup Plan
I think there's always a way to have some sort of backup. The worst case scenario, they would happen to me is obviously I'm faking the rest of the show. But from the point of view of someone buying the ticket is irrelevant. And plus I'm not faking it. It's just the recording of a previous show or rehearsal. Right now I just record at rehearsals, all the songs. I keep that track live and muted. If something goes wrong on my track, I have a little light, and I just flash the playback guy and then they unmute my track which is recorded at rehearsals.
