There is lots of evidence that's the case that interventions and campaigns that are led by young people themselves are much more effective than similar campaigns led by adults including teachers yeah absolutely. Anyone who's lived or worked with teenagers there's a seems to often spike around sort of year eight or nine in year seven as a second former secondary school teacher said. In years eight and nine the shutters come down and they're like they do not want to be seen to be listening to the adults, he added.
