There's no smoking gun that tells me that david is 100 % innocent. I strongly question the investigation. There 's missing mariana from her house. It sounds to me like there's a portion of their evidence room back in the nineties that was set aside for an officer's only. Barbice, it was probably a happening on the wreck, you know, oh, we got some weed and cocaine for free. And i can't believe that the defense even made reference to these people. The whole thing here is, i've always said that your homicide, or the the victim, if you're family of a victim, your case is only as good as the desk of police forces
