Buchanan made friends with a German scientist named Steig who did weird experiments on dogs cats and monkeys involving atomic radiation so it's all coming together now for the police investigators. Joyce offers Chet a second martini to take in the car with him he turns it down so she chugs it and then has a coughing fit so it's like she can't hang strange like even if it doesn't make sense it's like the script is economic they're fitting a lot of stuff in there's no wasted space right but we know what's going to happen next right Buchanan's going to be sending Adam Brainiacs to kill the three more guys the others who testified against him at trial.
