The shortage of nurses in the U.S. is a major problem, according to experts. They say it's because people are not being paid what they're worth for their work. Travel nursing jobs can pay up to 300 per cent more than full-time positions at hospitals. But working long hours and moving around too much means that you don't get good health care or relationships with your patients - which isn't going to improve anything.
