Getting Back to the Body That You Used to Have, Right?

Shb: If you got there once, you can get there again. Shb says that human discipline is a great mystery to him but he's going to have to access it. He wants his training to have a high degree of transferability. And i'm losing this great joy in my life, right? I don't need to be over myself and  just pick up the uitar and just start playing again.
