Alexander: I think there's some interesting things going on here about the different ways in which, you know, we sort of theorize and think about racial capitalism. And yeah, it's a different way of approaching it than Robinson approached it. He says Steve Biko is an incredibly underread South African intellectual activists. Alexander: His writings are quite important; he was A, if not the lead organizer, until his assassination by state authorities in 1977. But I also don't want to give the sense that BC black consciousness was just Biko.
