I think that the goal of the system should be to fairly assess the contribution of players and then pay them in accordance with that. And that doesn't mean that every player is going to win in an arbitration hearing. Like there are going to be guys who ask for more than comps would suggest. But I also think that when you have guys at this stage of their career, like, it's not going to work out every time.
