Sally Kohn: It's interesting to note that when it comes to those acquisitions, you have Ken Richie of Richie May and Company who doesn't see so much action there as other people do. She says he feels like right now, the number of buyers in the market exceeds the number of sellers. Kohn: If things get worse, then you have more sellers. But their research shows that may not be that much.
