i think this is one most fascinating things, is ecause we all have, you know, these doubts and insecurities. And i think navigating that inner voice is about creating the space so that you can either learn to listen to it, or learn to shift and steer it. There's a lot of good, research backed ideas a that help us us. One of which is called creating psychological distance. If you watch performers, sometimes they do say things out loud. Why do they do this? Simple, because when weareere externally, when we're talking out loud, it's almost like our brain interprets it a little bit as if it's a stranger giving us advice.
