Kevin Matthew: I do use the configuration files quite a lot. When you want to have different configurations, depending on your environment or where you want to run things, it's really good or very helpful to have different configuration files for it. The pattern used in Elixir is a bit different from what you tend to do in other languages. Usually it happens through like behaviors with like when MOCs and things being accessed from the application configuration. But honestly, I haven't seen that happen very often. It all boils down to, well, divide and conquer, you're figuring out a few of those other things.
