Getting a Room in a Hotel Room

We were having a workshop in cambel california. We decided to have a smaller two day session for a few clients. For this purpose, we rented the board room for a couple of days. And that's where i made my first mistake. The wife of one of our clients stepped into the board room and backed out almost immediately. I can't stand the smell of new carpet, she said, raising her voice. Without warning, she turned to the staff at the reception demanding that they give us another room right away.
