This chapter discusses the challenges that universities face in providing accommodation for the increasing number of students. It explores the reasons behind universities moving away from providing accommodation to postgraduate students and suggests possible solutions such as off-campus social housing. The potential of remote learning as a solution is also discussed, along with the potential financial challenges for students in a market-oriented approach.
