How Did Your Anxiety Show Up?
i wasn't able to socialize or make friends. I don't know how to make friends. And that's a lonely place to be when you feel like nobody understands what you're going through. When i started going into the work environment where i started to really feel that anxious state, and i was like, something's not right. But again, with the system, it takes a while to get diagnosis. So i went such a long time thinking, oh, it's just me, like there's nothing wrong. Yohad just not been able to live my life and be be aket.
