How to Change the Minds of Opposition Leaders
I would spend more time going to teams and asking them what data do you care about, especially product teams. I think we did a good job of figuring out who were the opinion leaders at the company. And I would have spent a little more time focusing on the customer of the detailed dashboards because it's very easy as a data engineer to just put up a detailed dashboard that serves you.
