Neil Malarkey is the co-founder, along with Austin Powers, our Mike Myers, of the world famous improvisation group, the Comedy Store Players. Neil is the author of a brand new book called In The Moment that highlights techniques we can all use to build our confidence, communication and creativity in places like meetings, presentations and conversations. We'll hear about Neil's story, how he came to work in improv, the balancing act between having structure, rules, processes and methodologies in place but also free rein to unleash creativity.
