Effective Processes for the Worries

Cognitive processes help people to break from worry and all that would be cognitive processes. We might notice the worries like what if I screw up, you know, see that I'm a complete imposter. Notice the thought I'm an idiot. And then we also had affect clearly, you've experienced a distress of uncertainty. What do you, what's your reaction? How do you react to those feelings? The question is when that feeling so these are effective processes.
