I'm really proud of how the recruitment process has been done throughout the club. We looked at the squad at the end of last season, identified what we needed and have managed to add a lot of pieces. How long do you think... I mean, it's, you know, going on about the age of the team. But with no goals, is the worst we've ever, ever been in the history of the club. There was a feeling yesterday that a defeat against Norwich would be so close to the exit door. And I think a lot of the fans would quite have taken a defeat against Norwich. No one can really foresee us being transformed and heading up to the top
