How Do You Train on a Wedge?
How do you identify where we are in this wedge? What's the correct amount of pressure or difficulty given where we are? Y that is a great question, and i don't think there's a simple answer to that. Let's divert very slightly to e load theory, cause i think it's going to take that to really answer this question right. cognitive load theory says that you have, you know, in your brain, panopir. You have limited capacity too. I havelimited capacity too. And what we know is that that limited capacity, it gets taken up by various things. So as a result, i'd want to train lower on the wedge. Id want to minimize
