QT is really the unwinding of previous asset purchase. So basically by either letting those assets mature or by selling them, this is not what the ECB is doing. But let's say it's the general unwinding of assets bought during QE. The balance sheet has been reduced already through this reimbursement of loans from the ECB to the commercial bank. And actually they have been reimbursing massively in the last few months.
