Is Nothing Has Changed?

The size of the black middle class is a real thing. They're black billionaires and so on. Nothing has changed in terms of the structures of opportunity in American society adverse to African Americans. We live in a regime of favoring the opportunity of African Americans affirmative actions a real thing if we were talking about university admissions for example, but the whole culture is inclined toward this sort of ideal or idle I almost want to say of equity.
