The role of finance in the low carbon transition includes both how to get financing to emerging markets and low income communities. I heard some really interesting examples at the conference about how a number of tools are being developed to help direct funding to communities. Here's Catherine from C-Note talking about CDFI's or Community Development Financial Institutions.
