iatrogenesis is essentially an illness or injury caused by medical intervention. In 19 63, a study of one thousand patients admitted to a university hospital revealed that 20 % had acquired an iatrogenic disease during their stay. Illness is related to pre existing complications, nursing errors and the untoward effects of surgery were excluded from the study. We also have issues where companies, big pharma companies, are getting legal protections from lobbying interests and political interests. So we have this corporate and political unholy marriage that's leading to things like drug companies having complete immunity,. ye, from not only being sued for these Iatrogenic issues, ye, but even legal protection from the data
