On-the-job training, some people can find that really stressful. We're always going to be driven by what is the best for a customer and what's best to satisfy their requirements. So we are a bit technology agnostic. It's sometimes difficult to train people in advance for what technology they're going to be working with... it kind of gets back to reading the tea leaves a bit.
