How to Manage Tendonopathy Pain
Many of these people are already very weak and then debilitated, they're a bit older. This is really common in the 50 to 70 age group in those years. Sometimes men get this problem on the background of discus atrophy or post-choelectral hip replacement surgery. So there's a three main exercise pillars. We've got to find a way that the person can execute a squat using their gluteal muscles rather than their quadriceps muscles.
