Podcast Discussion Extrapelation

Whenever i feel like i need to spend some focus time on filling the well, getting my idea well filled up, i grab my head phones, an oat pad and a pen. And here's my active listening routine: First, i find an interview upon cast with a topic that sounds intriguing to me. Then, once i've found that poncast, i start listening to it at regular speed, sometimes even slower than one x zero point eight. Something about noting down somebody else's thoughts makes your brain investigate those ideas more thoroughly.
