I'm certainly no expert on the Australian property market, but I've learned a great deal from you. It does ring a bell though because this is, we've lived through housing bubbles here. We lived in Southern California, which had its own huge housing bubbles. People would learn through real estate agents who is in the market looking for a house and they would find flyers on your door. Invariably what they were pushing was that you auto, this is, you could never leave.
