Is Devon Think a Good Tool for Personal Knowledge Management?

i have been using obsilian, my obsidian, a folder with markd down files. I'm indexing it with devont think. So building this bridge between the stuff that i have been marked down there with things like ptf and book marks or all this other stuff.
