In his new book, "Grey Zones," Mark Hertling argues that we're entering into a new era. He says the Cold War hasn't begun and World War II is ended, but not really. We see little bits of the new era beginning in Crimea, he writes. The incursion into Crimea in 2014 was an example of this - these guys without markings on their uniforms are now around government buildings in Crimea. That concept I've taken from war and now sort of put it over culture.
