Is There a Silence in Your Life?

It's important to talk to people who live in your house, explain what you're doing. I have a wonderful sign that I bought from the Bodleian Library in Oxford and it says silence, please. So if the children come and they see that, they do not knock on the door,. Unless they were bleeding, they would not come in. And it really works. You'll find a ritual that works for you. But I think it's just something really nice about the intentionality of it as well.
