Eddie Tipton and Tommy Tipton Pleaded Guilty to Rigging Lotteries

Eddie Tipton finally admitted to rigging the games and pled guilty. He was given the maximum sentence of 25 years, which he will serve concurrently with the original 10-year sentence he received earlier in the year.
