Is There a Balance as a Leader?

I think sometimes may be overly optimistic or energetically excited, also, things that have been levelled at me. Riht like to, you know, hard things are hard. How do we give that level of excitement about the future, but also empowering teams, supporting teams? And making sure that i find that balance. It's been something ive, defenitly wort ehthere. I was just listening to an interview with the c of space x recently where she was talking about her experience o and their different launches, and i forget which launch it blew up,. Ben in space rocket, yeh. She said, that was obviously very hard. Your big set back
