Designing for Interaction

There's a category of solutions that I don't like. Price controls or rent controls are complicated and problem matters. The other possibilities are, there's these things in New York that are quite common now called the inclusionary zoning. And then I think the really big issues are supply, which is the incentives to build are kind of not pronounced enough.
