Is Acute Muscle Protein Synthesis Predicting Hypertrophy Over Time?

Acute muscle protein synthesis measurements do a fairly poor job of predicting longitudinal hypertrophya. Three large protein feedings throughout the day is more effective than two for promoting hypertrophy. One meal a day is getting kind of popular, but i don't think it's optimal to eat that way. A time restricted feeding very popular. I personally wouldn't recommend a feeding window any shorter than eight hours.
