i hereby declare that we us, government congress, are going to triple our spending. Next year we push child wealth for spending to three %. Does that solve the problem, or atleast begin to solve the problem? Or are there more underlying structural differences between the u.S. and these other countries that make it not so easy to solve even with much money? Oh, i think we can solve the problem. I mean this not to say that there will be no problems in america, and there won't be disparities and labor market discrimination and all the rest.
