How to Write a Reflective Essay
Teachers have to encourage students to take note of what people say and deal with it later. It's a challenging concept for many students because they've been through really lousy experiences with pure review. For me, that's a huge part of it. It's practice. It's getting some feedback. It's formative in the sense that it helps you refine your message much more, much more effectively than you would if you just threw it out there.
