How to Get Buy-in in Systems
There's no point in making one of these and then putting it into the place where no one finds them right there. It should be that kind of normal that you have to look through the SOPs first. Like, hey, has this been documented? The answer is no. Come and ask. And I think you called it out earlier, but just having that reference point where they don't have to come to you to ask every time.
