The higher the virena, the more likely that a greater number of mosquitoes will be infected to the point where they can transmit. Crows, jays, magpies, house finches and house sparrows tend to be pretty good amplifying hosts - especially tecorobits. Urban areas create assemblages of birds that can lead to amplifying events. But it's not ever the bird that is dangerous to people. It's the mosquito,. right? So people don't have to worry about protecting themselves from the birds. They have to protect themselves from the mosquito.
