Heidegger's Relativism
Heidegger thinks of himself as not a relativist and not a historicist in any of those ordinary ways. He believes his own thought to be beyond that or somehow in another place or in another area. The use of reason is again dependent on first having things have a certain meaning in a certain way. So, rational understanding of a rational calculation is always in terms of something or other.
