I Can't Not Be in a Meeting

When you're working with a founder or an investor, a client, I guess, one of the important components is getting feedback. How do you go about soliciting that and making a comfortable environment for direct reports to share things they like or don't like about individuals? And all of a sudden the meeting becomes fun. So that's the zone of genius idea that you either do the things, you eliminate all the things that are de-energizing because the fact is, is that you're not good at them if you're doing them. Or the meeting itself is not fun for anybody. If it's not fun for you. It's not productive.
