I'll Do Best to Speak to the Judge's Evidentiary Rulings

The trial has now started. Marsarherred this ing, i think, was dismissed for making a cruel and nakedly racos joke. And apparently the judge had a fit of pique about the media's response to his evidentiary rulings. I it always a little bit hard for me to opine on a case that is not my case.
