My Great Grandmother Cooked Her Way to a Golden Age

Both of our grandmothers were in the 1950s is when we would have been eggs inside of them. So we share that. It's really interesting because when I think back to the time where I read my first book on Hunter Gather, it was given to me by my grandmother and she said, you should read this. But what was interesting is I always love my grandmother so much. And her cooking was such a big part of my childhood, just the way that she would cook. She lived to an old age, eating what she ate. Why am I thinking that I have to go read 100 books on it when I have that knowledge?
