How Much Time Are You Spending on Lectures?

Time is not a good way to think about this, but I think it kind of captures all of the things that you're giving up. People don't want to sit through a lecture half the time because you look at them. There's so much going on that is not learning. The learning is these little blips here and there and then people tune in and then they tune out for it. So what are the kinds of things that are expensive for you to include? And again, I'm not saying you shouldn't do these, that they may be necessary and they may even be valuable.
