How to Affect Your Focus

How would somebody change what they were focusing on in the moment? Well, how is it that earlier today you were focusing on one thing and then another? The first question we ask are questions basically a request to the brain to focus the attention in a certain way. And so the third one that I want to jump to here is the one that particularly comes up a lot around shyness and social anxiety. That's the interpretation of physical sensations. So internally, how do we communicate with our emotions? Well, we're talking to ourselves, and then we're experiencing our body and we're labeling that.
