How to Become a Pellet Lawyer?
Legal research is a huge part of being a pellet practitioner. But like knowing what to research and knowing where to go is actually a tougher skill than you might think. I'm very committed to relying on the lived experience, on reality, on the concrete, on the facts on the ground, to support a story that then makes the legal rule hopefully obvious. Having a more pragmatic, more on-the-ground lived experience, fact-based arguments is an important distinction.
