How to Protect Yourself in a Partnership
You want to make sure you have the common language, the common pieces in there that way if someone does want to leave. You don't necessarily want one of your partners to sell their half the company to someone that you don't like. What we do with almost every LLC is use what's called vesting where you have the ability to buy back their ownership if they leave after a certain amount of time.
