Is There a Need for a Higher Level of Regulation?

Israel traditionally has always tried to drum up par business frits weapons industries as a way also of financing own weapon development. This is usually worke through private companies which have a close link to the governments, both in the executives and engineers in the companies who have themselves served in Israel's military and intelligence community. I don't think we're going to see emerging from this er some kind of international regulations. But since most governments are in on this in some way or another, i think it's more likely that the governments which have some kind of leverage over isIsrael will insist that they get some kind of immunity from their products.
